Tang Renhong

Ophthalmologist

M.D.&Ph.D, professor and director of the division of Ophthalmology Department in the Third Xiangya Hospital, master advisor. He serves as academic leader for “225” talents project in Hunan province. He has successively posts the member of Hunan Ophthalmology Association. He also works as editor for several journals and magazines.

Prof. Tang headed over 20 research projects, including 2 national and 8 provincial projects and he won 7 research grants of provincial and national level.. He has published more than 50 pieces of papers which 30 were included in SCI, Medaline and CSCD, and he compiled 4 books and book chapters.

Clinical Focus: Optometry, Fundus disease, Cataract, Strabismus and Amblyopia, Corneal diseases and Conjunctival melanosis
